With 5+ years of experience recruiting for all kinds of roles at startups and Blockchain companies globally, he has built the necessary expertise to build a Hiring ecosystem. Ali has helped more than 200 companies hire, which includes 30 of the top Cryptocurrency and Blockchain companies in the world. His leadership, vision, and drive are paramount to the success of TalentSnap.
Cody is a graduate of McGill University and has always been motivated to build. Over the past 5 years, he has focused on building relationships and exceptional teams around the world. Leading by example, Cody is a strategic operator and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company, including partnerships, finance, HR, and organizational development.
Mehran is a Ph.D. of AI and Machine Learning from the University of British Columbia. Dr. Kazemi earned a full-ride scholarship for his Masters and PhD studies at The University of British Columbia. As the team’s Data Science lead, he built FitScore, and has the expertise necessary to develop TalentSnap’s AI further.
A graduate of UBC and of RED Academy, Victor is uniquely qualified to help TalentSnap achieve its marketing goals. He has worked with various startups in raising brand awareness and overall customer acquisition, and his experience in sourcing and lead generation will help him succeed in growing the TalentSnap name.
