Brooks specializes in Cyber Security. He earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas specializing in Computer and Network security. He has developed and secured custom software with the US Naval Research Laboratory as well as worked on internal security and penetration testing with the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Brooks has experience in both participating in and leading secure software development teams. Brooks has also been involved with network security audits, including threat and risk analysis, Intrusion Detection System setup and configuration, and regular vulnerability scans and the respective mitigation.
Ty Bartholomew is Head of Marketing and Communications at Novam, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships. Prior to joining Novam, he worked in strategic business development, marketing operations and marketing at several companies.
Ty’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. He lives in Chicago with his wife and his canine friend Douglas. In his free time, Ty likes to play guitar and spend as much time at the beach as possible.
Adam specializes in corporate technology innovation, business development and is a serial entrepreneur. He’s provided technology innovation guidance to global entities including, but not limited to, the U.S. Department of Defense National Security Technology Accelerator, Amazon, T-Mobile, Toyota Connected, and the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International.
Adam is also a founder of Inteligus Solutions, a security technology company, focused on purpose-built OEM security solutions for access control systems, identity management, and digital security & surveillance. He recognizes the need for distributed ledger technology in the cybersecurity and IoT industries to secure users, devices and networks running software, applications, and services.
Ian formally ran the digital survencience system for the city of Chicago, this included architecture and oversight of the Chicago Police Department system and assisting other agencies. He worked out of OEMC (Office of Emergency Management Communications) which handleds 911 and emergency response for the city. Ian worked to gather data and video feeds from sister agencies to improve police, fire and emergency response. In his capacity he acted as a liaison with national law enforcement agencies such as FBI and Homeland Security for various large events around the city. He was also in charge of providing the cyber security to this large system while balancing the usability for public safety.
Ian has worked in IT in both leadership and consulting roles for over a decade allowing him a deep understanding of complex data and IT structures. He has worked on various deployments of it infrastructure, cyber security, and IT systems.
Christian currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy for IDEMIA National Security Services. In this role he is responsible for NSS' focal engagements, partner ecosystem and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining NSS, Christian served the New York Police Department as the Director of Strategic Technology Programs. He has also served private and public security concerns in over ten countries across six continents.
Christian’s entrepreneurial background spans a variety of industries and geographies. He was an early employee at DVTEL, a high-tech pioneer of networked video surveillance and intelligent video analytics. As the co-founder of TangentVector, Christian pivoted to digital marketing serving the automotive sector. TangentVector later spawned the /DRIVE automotive enthusiast brand (since acquired by TIME, INC.). Christian also served as a leader of the Entrepreneurship Initiative, a division of the Center for Faith and Work based in New York City.
