Project Concept
ClearCoin is a Decentralized Blockchain platform that powers the real-time buying and selling of media on decentralized applications and the broader digital environment. The proof of history ledger is build on the blockchain, and helps fight ad fraud and inaccuracies. The technology is designed to empower the spread of ideas. According to their Whitepaper, ClearCoin’s global solutions help everybody succeed in the advertising ecosystem.
Project Purposes
ClearCoin's purpose is to create transparent and high-quality supply chains in media and advertising.
They have been working with Fortune 500 companies and large media agencies to create a distributed ledger that tracks the quality of ad inventory.
According to their CEO Jay Singh, Digital currency did not work prior to its use of blockchain technology because blockchain technology solved the double spending problem. Blockchain can solve other supply chain problems such as the $20 billion ad fraud problem in the media and advertising market.
The ecosystem for the project is heavily centered on the adoption of those large advertisers and media agencies. The thousands who have registered and participated in the token sale are the start of the community.
The CLR token sale accepts over 60 currencies through our processor CoinPayments. The price of the token to the public ranges from $0.01 to $0.10 during the token sale. There are 800 million tokens on sale to the public during the sale. 200 million tokens are reserved for the development fund.
After the token sale, the price of the token is determined by the market. It’s their job to build a network that is active and in high demand. As a company, they continue to work around the clock to build a network and business that is highly valuable.

The purpose of the project with examples
ClearCoin's global advertising technology built on top of blockchain is a bold solution to the aforementioned problems. The global advertising platform connects advertisers and publishers and tracks all transactions in a proof-of-history ledger.
The ClearCoin token is used to transact on the platform and can be used to support other members of the ecosystem like advertisers and publishers. The ClearCoin (CLR) token is built on the Ethereum blockchain while ClearCoin's inventory tracking blockchain is built on Hyperledger.
ClearCoin (CLR) token is issued by ClearCoin. The ClearCoin ad platform accepts CLR tokens as a form of payment.
The ClearCoin global advertising platform will serve up key ad formats like Display, Mobile, Video, Native, Social, Audio, Television, Content, and Search.
The technology will support other companies in the ecosystem such as Marketers, Brands, Agencies, Ad Networks, Publishers, Publisher Networks, Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, and Data Providers.

They are currently able to take on managed services media buys for customers who hold over 5,000,000 CLR. They are making this available now because it is the utility of their utility token.
They are building a user interface that will allow advertising buyers to execute their campaigns natively on their platform. The platform is powered by ClearCoin (CLR). The users of the platform will follow three steps to execute an advertising campaign. The three steps are,
1. Outline below as Media Planning
2. Media Buying
3. Tracking & Analytics.
Supply API for Decentralized Applications & Partners: As the blockchain ecosystem is producing a new wave of decentralized applications, they intend to be the partner of choice of decentralized applications that are seeking to fill advertising inventory. Their supply partnerships with decentralized applications will embed their company deep in the blockchain ecosystem. The Supply API is designed to help supply partners gain access to the buyers in their system who are seeking ad inventory.
Demand API for Partners: Their Demand API is designed to help demand partners access the inventory that they have available to them. They can work with many types of demand partners in ways that help increase the transparency and effectiveness of their campaigns. Demand partners are able to work with them through the API, through managed services, or directly through their user interface.
Blockchain Ad Protocol: The Blockchain Ad Protocol is protocol designed and implemented by their company. The protocol is built with the intention to track advertising impressions on the tamperproof blockchain ledger that they have built. The intention of their Blockchain Ad Protocol is to get advertising technology companies to commit to using the ledger to help combat fraud and inaccuracies. The tamper-proof ledger allows for greater transparency and tracking of advertising impressions that are delivered.
Proof-of-History Ledger: The proof-of-history blockchain will use a ledger to record all digital advertising impressions that it has access to. Their blockchain will use encrypted data to protect the privacy of users. The ledger will serve to separate real ad impressions from fraudulent ones. The information will be a security layer against fraud in the ecosystem. The proof-of-history blockchain serves as the foundational level to ClearCoin's total advertising solution.
